Certificates / documents to attach:
(i) H.Sc. Or equivalent C1 certificate in support of the declaration of age issued by the C-Conken board / council;
(ii) Intermediate / +2 or equivalent examination certificate issued by the concerned board / council;
(iii) Bachelor’s degree certificate issued by a recognized university;
(iv) Master degree certificate in the concerned subject in relation to the prescribed educational qualification for recruitment;
(v) Net Qualified Certificate
(vi) PhD degree certificate; Mark-list in suppo1t of all aforesaid examinations (from HSC to Post Graduate Degree) including failing daily marks issued by the concerned Board / Council / University.
(viii) Candidates who have not been awarded percentage of marks but only “GRADE: MARKS”, should produce the conversion certificate from their respective university along with their applications, which is the actual equivalent percentage of marks and conversion formula. Indicating their failure, their applications are liable to be rejected. While filling the marks in the online application form, the candidate has to mention the actual marks secured by him / her in HSC, +2, Degree, Post Graduation etc. (ie except for the marks secured in additional optional subject).
(ix) Two recent passport size photographs (without design and unlicensed) uploaded along with the online application form.
(x) Ce1t certificate of conduct from the college or university in which he last studied;
(xi) Candidates belonging to SC, ST and SEBC category are required to attach copies of their application form, related caste / tribe certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed form. Candidates claiming the S.E.B.C. The category must attach a certificate from the competent authority in the prescribed form within the last three years from the last date for submission of the online application form;
(XII). Wherever applicable, the discharge certificate issued by the commanding officer of the unit is given last.
(xiii) Identity card issued by the director of Sp011, Odisha, wherever applicable, in case of Sp01ts persons
(xiv) Under no circumstances will there be any request to withdraw the candidature and change the category.
(xv) Permanent Disability Certificate (indicating percentage of disability of 40% or more) issued by the concerned Medical Board, wherever applicable;
(xv) OPSC copy of challan (pay-in-slip) for payment of fee in SPS.
(xvi) If a candidate claims to be equal to the qualification prescribed for the qualification, the rule / authority number and date) under which he is believed to be so, should be furnished with a printout / hard copy of the application form.
(xvii) Candidates should take utmost care in filling the safe and maximum marks for each year. Career will be evaluated according to the data submitted by the candidates. Any mistake in filling the marks will be at the risk of the candidates.
(xix) If a candidate submits more than one online application, the Commission will consider the information / data of the latest application having a high ID number.
(xx) In case of Government employees, no objection certificate from their competent officers.

Age Limit – OPSC Lecturer Recruitment 2020
On 1 January 2020, a candidate must be over 48 (forty-eight years) and under 21 (twenty-one years), that is, he must have been born no earlier than 2 January 1972 and no later than 1 January 1999. .
Age relaxation will be as per the government rules prescribed for this purpose.
The upper age limit is 05 (five) years for SC / ST / SEBC / Women / Ex-Servicemen and candidates belonging to / 0 (ten) years for PWD, whose permanent disability is 40% and above. PV / IDs belonging to SC / ST / SEBC category are eligible for a cumulative age relaxation of 15 (fifteen) years i.e. 10 years under P / VD category and 05 years under SC / ST / SEBC category.
Application Fee – OPSC Lecturer Recruitment 2020
A candidate is only required to pay a non-refundable and non-adjustable fee of 400 / – required.
The fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances nor can the fee be adjusted or reserved for any other examination or recruitment. Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes of Odisha and Persons with Disabilities, whose permanent disability is issued by the competent authority till the last date for submission of online application form, is more than 40% and exempted from payment of this fee.
Qualification – OPSC Lecturer Recruitment 2020
A candidate should have a master’s degree in a related subject from a recognized university with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade with a second class in bachelor’s degree.
Provided that the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes shall be second class officers with at least 50% marks with a Master’s degree in a subject belonging to a recognized University, or a bachelor’s degree in its equivalent class.
